ROUGE RIVER...SAGINAW RIVER...SHIAWASSEE RIVER .RAINFALL ACROSS THE AREA THROUGH 9PM HAS RANGED BASICALLY BETWEEN 2 AND 3 INCHES. UP TO ANOTHER HALF AN INCH OF RAIN OR MIX OF RAIN AND FREEZING RAIN, SLEET AND SNOW IS STILL POSSIBLE THROUGH TONIGHT. THE FORECAST TAKES INTO ACCOUNT ADDITIONAL RAINFALL EXPECTED. MORE OR LESS RAINFALL WILL EFFECT THE ACTUAL CRESTS.
