DV Dongle problem

Some people have reported problems after the recent Windows Update.

Here is one person's solution.

Well, I removed DV Tools 2.1. I also removed the FTDI Chip files.

I ran the executable program and installed the Chip files.

I then installed DV Tools 2.1 and started the program.

Lo and behold it found the DV3K and all is well

I guess the secret to fixing this in the future everytime Windows

does their 1/2 year upgrade stuff is to delete the chip files and reinstall them.
